What is Future Her?

Future Her: The Young Influencer’s Symposium is a one-day leadership and empowerment experience created to equip the next generation of digital leaders, creators, entrepreneurs, and changemakers.

Through mentorship, workshops, panel discussions, and meaningful networking, attendees will gain practical tools, confidence, and community as they begin becoming Future Her.


Who is Future Her designed for?

Future Her was intentionally created for Black young women ages 13–21 who are ready to grow in confidence, leadership, entrepreneurship, personal branding, and purpose.


When and where will Future Her take place?

Saturday, July 18, 2026
Pittsburgh

Final venue details, parking information, and check-in instructions will be emailed to all registered participants prior to event day.


Registration

How much does registration cost?

The registration investment is:

$199 per participant

Are scholarships or sponsored seats available?

Yes. A limited number of sponsored seats may be available through our community partners and donors.

Can I transfer my registration to another participant?

Registration transfers may be permitted on a case-by-case basis up to 7 days prior to the event.

Are registration fees refundable?

Due to the nature of event planning and reserved participant materials, registration fees are non-refundable.

If unforeseen circumstances arise, please contact our team and we will do our best to assist.


Event Experience

What should participants wear?

We encourage attendees to dress in attire that makes them feel confident, comfortable, and ready to show up as their best selves.

Comfortable for movement and networking


What should participants bring?

We recommend bringing:

A notebook or journal
A fully charged phone
Questions for mentors and speakers
Business cards or social handles (optional)
An open mind and willingness to grow


Will meals be provided?

Yes. Light breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and snacks will be provided throughout the day.

Dietary restrictions may be noted during registration.


Will there be photography and videography?

Yes. Event photography and videography will take place throughout the symposium for event documentation, promotional materials, and inclusion in the Future Her Legacy Vault.

Media release consent is included during registration.


Parents & Guardians

Can parents attend the symposium?

Future Her is designed as an immersive participant experience for young women. Parents and guardians are asked to drop off and pick-up at respective times.


Will participants be supervised?

Yes. Participant safety is a top priority.

Future Her staff, volunteers, mentors, and event partners will be present throughout the event to ensure a safe, welcoming, and structured experience.


How will parents receive updates?

Important event communications, reminders, check-in details, and schedule updates will be sent via email prior to event day.

How can my organization sponsor a participant?

Organizations and individuals may sponsor one or more participants.

Sponsorship Investment:

$199 sponsors one young woman.

Sponsors will be recognized as valued partners in helping develop the next generation of leaders and changemakers.
