There’s something so special about being in a room filled with people who truly understand the creator world; the strategy, the creativity, the constant evolution and, yes, everything that happens behind the scenes.
That’s what I love most about attending LTK Con.
Of course, the beautiful events, amazing looks and photo-worthy moments are always fun, but for me, the experience goes so much deeper than that. LTK Con is an opportunity to fully immerse myself in the world I’ve built my career around and connect with the people helping to shape where this industry is headed next.
Connecting Beyond the Screen
As creators, so much of our work happens online. We build relationships through social media, email threads, campaign calls and quick DMs, so there’s nothing quite like finally getting to connect in person.
I love catching up with creator friends, meeting women whose content I’ve followed for years and forming new relationships with people who understand both the exciting and challenging parts of this career. Whether we’re exchanging ideas, sharing resources or simply talking about what’s working for us right now, I always leave feeling inspired.
There’s room for all of us to win, and being surrounded by so many talented creators is a beautiful reminder of how powerful community can be.
Building Meaningful Brand Relationships
LTK Con also gives me the opportunity to connect with brands beyond a campaign brief or deliverables list.
Getting to meet the people behind the brands, hear more about their goals and discover new ways we can work together makes every partnership feel more intentional. Some of the best collaborations begin with a simple conversation, and I love having the chance to share more of who I am, what my audience loves and the types of stories I’m excited to tell.
It’s also so much fun discovering new brands and products throughout the experience. I always leave with a growing wish list, and plenty of ideas for future content.
Learning What’s Next
The creator industry moves quickly, so I never want to become too comfortable doing things one way.
Between the conversations, presentations and insights shared throughout LTK Con, I’m able to learn more about growing trends, changing audience behaviors and new opportunities within the creator space. I’m always thinking about how I can continue evolving while staying true to myself and the community I’ve built.
I don’t believe growth means chasing every trend. For me, it’s about understanding what’s changing, deciding what genuinely aligns with my brand and finding fresh ways to serve and inspire my audience.
Being able to step away from my normal routine and fully immerse myself in my career world gives me a renewed sense of creativity and direction every time.
And, Of Course, the Fashion
Now, you already know I love a reason to play dress-up and LTK Con gives us plenty!
From daytime sessions and brand activations to dinners and evening events, every part of the experience comes with an opportunity to have fun with fashion. Planning my looks is honestly part of the excitement. I love choosing outfits that feel elevated, confident and still true to my personal style.
Fashion has always been one of the ways I express myself, so getting dressed for each event feels like another extension of the creative experience. One moment I’m polished and professional; the next, I’m adding a little drama for the evening. We love a little range!
Leaving Inspired
Every year, I leave LTK Con with new connections, new ideas and even more appreciation for the career I’ve created.
This industry continues to grow and change, and I’m grateful to have a front-row seat not only as a creator, but as a woman building a business, nurturing a community and constantly finding new ways to evolve.
The beautiful events and fabulous outfits make the experience memorable, but the conversations, relationships and inspiration are what make it meaningful.
Until the next LTK Con, I’ll be putting everything I learned into action and probably still thinking about all the brands, outfits and creator moments I loved along the way.
