Fitness: Routines, Clothes, Diet

I am so happy to be fully back into the swing of fitness. Since pregnancy and postpartum I had worked out but didn’t remain consistent. I have finally been consistent, loving working out and seeing phenomenal results; I am more than thrilled for this journey. I heard great things about Pilates and decided to give it a try.

While it is definitely difficult it was not intimidating like other workout practices can be, especially when getting back into the swing of things. I was able to ease my way into it and feel comfortable with taking my time to find my footing in Pilates.

When it comes to workout clothing I am still a Beyond Yoga girl! I love to feel comfortable but still feel secure when working out and Beyond Yoga definitely does the trick. They have so many amazing colors and options for gear. Tank tops, sports bras, one pieces, leggings varying in length the options are endless!

My diet has pretty much always been easy for me to stay on top of. Since being Keto and practicing intermittent fasting for years, eating clean has become less and less of a task. While I still enjoy my cheat meals and snacks, I honestly feel so much better when eating the right things. Since I do intermittently fast, I start eating at around noon. A typical day of meals for me looks like a Slim Fast meal bar or shake to break my fast. A salad for lunch and dinner can range between salmon, baked chicken or steak, wild rice and veggies.

Safe to say I love Pilates and think you all should try it!
